For anyone that recently installed the MOPAR 2" lift: did you have issues with the front sway bar links in the kit? When installing them, I was having a difficult time getting the nut to tighten, so before I stripped anything I checked the nut with the rear sway bar links and it fit perfectly. I compared the 2 (front vs rear) and it looked like the thread pitch was different, so I got out my pitch gauge.

First pic is the factory front link, which is M12x1.5 (which is also the same on almost every nut/bolt on this vehicle):

Second pic is the new front links from the MOPAR kit:

I was able to find M12x1.75 nuts at the hardware store, but this has me scratching my head. Did MOPAR put the wrong bolts on these (maybe supply chain issues, quality control issues... both)?

Anyone else experience this?

No issues with mines. Pretty straightforward remove and replace.

Oh, and here's a before/after of mine. The "before" is the stock suspension (Rubi) and 33" Falken tires. The "After" is 37" BFG KO2's and the MOPAR kit + Teraflex 1.5" front spacer kit. All in, I got 4" of lift in the rear and 5" up front. My rock rails measure about 22 1/2" from the ground now:

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago with the Mopar lift kit p/n 77072468AC. I used Mopar p/n 6512602AA, 12mm x 1.75 nuts on the front sway bar link.

Ok, so it's not an isolated incident... Where did you buy yours? Mine was on Amazon, from a seller called "Wholesale Direct Parts"

I purchased the lift from our local Jeep dealer with a 15% off (max $200) coupon. I picked up the replacement 12mm x 1.75 nuts from them also.

Wish I would have paid attention to you guys on getting the correct threaded nuts ahead of time. Once I installed the end links it was apparent right away. At the end of the install had to run to the hardware store and picked up the correct nuts. Put some red loctite when fastening the new ones down. Only other not fun part of the install was using a ratchet strap to pull the LCA's to the frame to line up the bolt holes.

Yeah, those LCA's are a b*tch.... Out of the 7-ish hour install, 2 of them were figuring out how to get them in. Ended up removing the upper CA's and completely disconnecting the track bar. I could have just as easily done an axle swap.

Luckily I had done a similar swap in the past so learned my lesson on my JK doing a fox 4 inch lift which had twice as many new parts. So on the JT only took me 10 minutes in the first side and about 20 on the second. Gotta love ratchet straps. But at one point on the second side it was looking almost impossible until I realized that lowering and then jacking up my axle higher helped. I'm just glad to be done with the install. Going in for an alignment this morning. Already set my steering wheel straight last night.

Wow, I have changed out LCAs on several Jeeps including the JT. If you do it with the Jeep on the wheels one at a time it is super simple and easy to bolt them in, just push the tire front or back to line up the second bolt hole.

I didn't have any issue with installing the LCA. Removes old springs, raise the axle a little until the bolts can be pull out by hand, without any binding.

Wow, I have changed out LCAs on several Jeeps including the JT. If you do it with the Jeep on the wheels one at a time it is super simple and easy to bolt them in, just push the tire front or back to line up the second bolt hole.

Push or roll it by hand, as you sit on floor, 1-2 inches of movement all I needed.
