Installed the Undercover UltraFlex - shout out to @jl_explorer (and his sick Mojave on 40s) for the hook up.

Couldn’t find this anywhere … yes this can be installed with the Trail Rails.

Looks great. I've had that cover on 3 of my previous trucks and love it. I have the Bak Revolver now and can't say I like is as much. I guess the best thing I can say is that it rolls up under my RTT rack, which is why I went with it in the first place. If you don't need the low rollup clearance this is the way to go!

Installed Rock Slide Engineering slider steps. Not an easy install on a snowy driveway, but well worth it.

I did those by myself about a month ago in a garage that I could barely get above freezing. It not an easy install anywhere. Plan more a lot time or get a better mechanic than me to do it! I absolutely love them though. Also their sales and support team are awesome. Really the only downside is the price. They work great even in 20 below weather with snow and ice caked on the truck.

Yes, but I don't think the t-slot is a standard size. I had to get creative with the mounting hardware:
5/16-18 Spot Weld Nuts - Double Tab - Center Hole Design Spot Weld Nut (they are 5/8 (16mm) wide x 1 1/2 (38mm) long. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PWGJH59/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

1 1/4" 5/15 Stainless Steel Bolts with a Flat Washer

When I attached the bed cover (I don't have trail rails) I drilled out the front insert nuts and replaced them with slightly larger rivet nuts and added 6 bed clamps to make sure the frame was secured to the bed (see photo).

I'm still looking for a better nut or a t-bolt, but haven't ordered anything yet. At a minimum I want to get the spot weld nuts in stainless steel so they don't rust. I also think a 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 t-bolt would work as well. I just need to find one that fits the slot. The actual t-slot is not much bigger than the 5/16 spot weld nuts I used.

Bak will not say that it will work. I don't think they've done any testing on the load rating and probably don't want the liability (neither do I so do this at you own risk.

I can tell you that I took it on a 2500 mile trip thought the Badlands, Wyoming, and down to Breckenridge Co. We only did about 100 or so miles off road, but it was enough that I'm comfortable with the set up if I don't change anything. It wasn't really an off-roading trip, but I wanted to use it to shake down the truck and tent set up. We camped a couple of nights in the Badlands and took most of the off-road trails available there. In Colorado we took several random National Forest roads and went to the top of Peak 10 in Breckenridge. No super hard trails, but it was plenty rough to shake down the rig and I'm happy with it. Peak 10 was steep with some tight switchbacks and a few rough spots, but easily manageable even with my set up.

Sorry that I don't have any close up shots of the set up. It's in the rafters for now until it warms up.

I looked back at an old post, the Yakima kit I used I think was #1 or 11/16 nuts, and I never verified if the #4 or 13/16 would fit or if they’re too big.
McMaster has a bunch in stainless if any seem like they would fit the dimensions of the t-slot.

Finally ditched the silver sport s wheels and added some Tactik Classic 5 spoke wheels and 315/70/17 BFG KO2s. Super happy with this setup. Exactly the look I was going for!

Finally stopped putting tint off. Matched the front to the rears and went with 40% on the windshield.

Thanks. Tires are Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLTs 295/70/18s. Basically a 35 equivalent. Wanted a little poke since the stock wheels (which I like) sat right at the fender, so added a Teraflex 1.75 wheel offset adapter (spacer).

As far as suspension set up. I replaced my Overland stock suspension for Fox Rubicon take offs (shocks and springs) Then leveled the front out with the Teraflex 1.5 leveling kit.

I'd say closer to two thirds. I believe it's like 18" from the top of the bed. All the way down it puts my RTT about even with the top of the cab of the truck. I've been putting it higher so I have more head room in the annex. Once lifted and on 37's it will definitely be high enough at it's lowest setting.

I didn't see the Pedal Monster, but it's awesome too. I have it on pretty much the lowest setting and it makes a HUGE difference. Might be the best mod I've done.

Bumper upgrade time!!

Replaced the rear bump stops with black sumo springs. Took about 10 minutes, did not even have to jack the JT up. They are about an inch from the metal stop. Will drive it tomorrow to see if there is any difference when not towing.

This on stock suspension?

2 inch AEV spacer lift in front and 3/4 daystar spacer in rear. I decided not to install the rear half of the AEV kit For now, as I wanted to lose a bit of rake. I might Install it later If needed, but no rubbing issues at the moment. I also installed a jks track bar and extended Mopar lower control arms.
