Thank you so much for your help. If I keep this bumper I don’t plan on putting a winch on right away, is there a cover for that?. Also you don’t happen to have a order number for the hoop do you?. Biggest question, can I use my rubican skid plate with this?. Thank you again for your help
Not sure on the skid plate. My dealer ordered the one for it. I can’t see it being that far off. I don’t know of a winch hole cover either. Hoop was a factory option too, I have seen it on the Mopar part sites listed with the bumper. I like it because it is different then the 3 piece.

It doesn't though. It uses the fog lights that the base Sport bumper uses.
I have that bumper on my JTR. Ordered it separately when I picked up my truck. I asked for the metal factory bumper not realizing they offered 2 different versions.

Any ways, it is a very heavy duty bumper. I was able to re-use the factory LED fogs with an adapter I bought from Amazon. Worked perfect. Fog lights have been rock solid with the adapter, zero shake. I did need to modify the bracket a smige, enlarge a hole I think.Moved the red hooks to the new bumper. The rubber/plastic bumps have helped protect it a few times. Plate holder is from Quadratec too.

I also have the winch protector hoop on mine, factory short one. I have the HF Badlands 12K winch, cheap, reliable and for the amount of times I will use it made more sense then the Warn. $425.00 out the door. Winch plate is from Quadratec.

Using an adapter doesn't equate to the Rubicon factory fogs being made for the bumper. The Sport fogs are a factory fit. Even says so on Mopar's site. Argue with them.

Not sure what you are saying. The Rubicon and the sport fog lights, halogen or LED are the same and use the same front bumper too, stock factory plastic. Rear on the Rubicon is metal. Only change between sport and rubicon is the skid plate and red hooks versus black.
You will need an adapter for the LEDs, what my JTR has. As for the halogen I don’t know.

This is a mopar bumper
Yes, MOPAR, OEM, original equipment manufacturer, not a knockoff or 3rd party part. You could buy a Gladiator and have the dealer install it as part of the deal. It's a genuine part from MOPAR.

If you ordered the Rubicon with the steel bumper you got different fog light configuration as far as mounting.
So there are two factory fog light mounting methods -
Sport, Overland, Rubicon with plastic bumper
Rubicon with steel bumper.

The picture below shows the Overland type plastic bumper fog lights with a steel adapter bracket for the Rubicon steel bumper - the 4 holes would be used directly on the plastic bumper, the Rubicon steel bumper uses 2 holes, seen on the towel on the metal adapter here -

Understood. I ordered the standard JTR plastic bumper, the metal one was ordered just before the truck showed up at the dealer after being built.

The adapter I bought on Amazon let me use the stock LED fogs in the HD metal bumper.

The Sport has a different plastic bumper than the plastic bumper on Overland, Mojave, Rubicon, and the others. DIfferent fog lights too. Fact. The LED fog upgrade for the Sport works on two things:

1. Stock Sport bumper
2. Offroad MOPAR Steel bumper

Do the research and you'll see.

I purchased this bumper for $550 from Facebook marketplace. Still in the box, it is Mopar. I thought it was three-piece but it’s one solid piece. I like the look of it, but it says will not work with LED fog lights. So I guess I’m screwed. I was sold for 400 pick up. What kind of bumper is this, it has black tow hooks. Thanks for your help in advance
If you like your bumper, and you like the factory fogs, find a local shop to make you some adapter plates, or make them yourself. It's not rocket science, especially with a Steel bumper- you can just weld on tabs wherever you need.

Includes the same LED lights as production, but includes brackets to allow for installation on Sport and Jeep Performance Parts bumpers. The kit includes 2 production LED fog lights, mounting brackets for left and right side for the Sport "MB1" factory front bumper.

LED Fog Lights offer superior illumination to make poor visibility during inclement weather conditions a thing of the past. These lights also help to minimize obnoxious glare and are designed specifically for your vehicle to provide a premium integrated look.
***Will only work with Sport bumper.***"

i bought a pair of led foglights as cheap future replacements for the LEDs than came in my sport bumper. They’re identical. Other than the color of the tow Hooks my stock bumper was the same as a Mojave’s as far as I could tell but I trashed it and can’t verify that part

OE Replacement for Rubicon ( Mojave, Overland others too ) plastic bumpers:

https://www.quadratec.com/p/mopar/front-bumper-cover-jl-jt-plastic-bumper-6BU44RXFAA
  • Application : Original Replacement for Sahara and Rubicon
6BU44RXFAA

OE Replacement for Sport plastic bumper:

https://www.quadratec.com/p/mopar/front-bumper-cover-jl-jt-6BU41RXFAC
  • Application : Original Replacement for Sport Model
6BU41RXFAC

When you search for OEM fogs, you'll find 2 SKUs:

1 that works with 6BU44RXFAA , and 1 that works with 6BU41RXFAC. The latter one also works with the Offroad bumper, which the former does not. Obviously you can bracket and fabricate. It's just important to have correct information that the Sport does in fact have a different plastic bumper and different fog mounts.

That's right - I forgot that when I ordered my fog lights I had to be sure to order the correct version - the Sport is different as outlined in this description for fog lights - Plastic Bumper (Non-Sport)

Ok, this is crazy confusing. So if I order these fog lights, they will come with the brackets that will fit this Mopar off-road bumper?
