Stretched it out to check bump stops again. Had it set up on 2 pucks like I did on my JL but the wider axle the tires liked to eat the fenders
3 pucks and it touches still, looks like it’s either a fender chop, new wheels or 4 pucks when I go 37’s soon

Got the Rock Krawler No Limits front end links installed. A bit longer than I realized at the shortest possible length - sway bar is angled about 18* up at ride height. Guess I just need a bigger lift…

Today. Installed a Steer Smarts steering box bracket and proto Clayton front springs.

Ive had my steer smarts for about 6 months.. advice?? Make sure you put thread locker on the small screws holding the nut bracket other they will come loose.. Found mine like that in Moab.. 2. Not sure why but my external ring fell out and the bearing came out.. Luckily it was at a tire shop getting tires rotated and I saw it happen...

Wanted something with steps but for $75 at least these rails clean the unfinished look up a bit. I identify closer to a circus clown than a mechanic so I hope I got them on right. There were 6 bolts but 8 places to put them?

Noticed you had the JCR half rack. How is the visibility out of the rear window below it? Thinking of pulling the trigger soon and it will have a full time RTT, just want to make sure I go with an option that will give me some sort of visibility.

I got the RCI 12" rack and added the 3" risers so I could roll my bed cover up. It also gains a few inches so looking out the rearview is like stock.. Not sure if JCR has such a thing or not.. But 15" seems to work great for visibility..

if you’re talking about the underside bolts, there are 4 on each side. Many steps however only use 3 of them and not 4.

Took the front bumper ends/wings off to start refinishing some things and to eventually move it over to a new truck. That likely dropped the weight up there ~10 pounds. Man, those ends alone are heavy.
It's amazing how different it looks, a total change in appearance, IMO.
