Dropping off my beast to have 4.56 gears installed. OCD off-road in Stafford Virginia. They have been great so far. Had my MC leveling installed here.
What did you only decide on 4:56s? Most run 4:88 or 5:13. Just curious on your decision.

With 35 inch tires, 4.56 is closest to stock with 3.73 and stock tires. I will not ever put on 37s. It's a daily driver.

Any pics of how much of the sound deadening material that you put on the front panels. From the videos that I have seen it doesn't seem like they provide much of it. I was thinking about covering the whole panel with mine but wasn't sure if there was some other reason that they wasn't covering the whole thing. After seeing that you covered the whole rear top section I don't imagine it would be an issue to cover all of it. Just seemed kind of pointless to only cover a small portion of the top.

Same, except for the edges, wanted to attach the Coverking to the Panels and they are multilayered on the Outside edges. You can cover it all, I went with: better to have a small gap, than to overlap, didn’t want a bump in the Headliner.

Don’t cover the XM/SatCell Com on the roll bar. Might want to go a bit bigger on the ‘cut out’ mine works, but XM is cutting out a bit more….

Installed Quadratec Pre-runner LED lights. The kit they provide is really nice. The harness comes with the correct plugs, so there is no cutting, splicing, or tapping. The plastic bezels for the individual lights snap perfectly into the grille. The lights come on anytime the parking lights or headlights come on.

The front camera view ended up better than before (can see whole width of bumper).

It would be even better if Jeep would just fix the issue with the USB port in the console so we can use that with CarPlay.
All the usb ports work for car play in mine. Console one too. Android Auto too. We have Android, but my wife's work phone is apple, and the console port works with carplay and AA

Added rockhard4x4 LCA axle skids, front and rear. I also have the rear shock mount skids, but the bolts were too short. They’re sending new ones. These things appear to be very well made.

What did you have to disassemble to make the connection on that pre-runner light kit?
Thanks- looks great!

Adjusted the steering box 1/8 turn (45 degrees) and man what a difference. Pretty much eliminated the dead spot in the steering wheel. I used a hex driver and a couple wrenches end-to-end and was able to separate the nut from the shaft without heat, luckily. Highly recommend this mod. In the picture you can see the shaft paint mark offset from the nut and steering box body. Torqued the nut back down to match the steering box mark to make sure it was tightened back down

And the Roam case came in to replace my less-than-exciting random tote for my off-road gear. Love how the case looks and feels pretty sturdy!

Isn't it amazing what that did for the steering feel, AND you didn't have to spend hundreds of dollars on gimmicky braces and snake oil!?
