First picture is driver's side, second is passenger side. No time to measure but they are sticking out past the nut. Ecodiesel by the way. Not sure if it makes a difference. Also ordered last year March, picked up April 30th.

That's old bolt. If you back one out you'll see that the last half inch or so isn't threaded and you're only getting about half of the threads in the nut.

Yikes. Is this a warranty thing? I know bolts are cheap. But they should be fixing it. Not that it really matters. I should have my new Helwig sway bar tomorrow along with my brackets from MetalCloak as well.

I guess they'd cover the lost bolt.
I paid for the new ones. About $7 for two.

Those seem to be long enough. Is the shorter bolt only on 2020 models perhaps? I’ll look at mine later today. I also have a ‘21 3.6 rubicon.

Mine is a 21.
They look long enough until you back one out and realize that it's not threaded far enough to engage all of the threads in the nut.
Here's the new bolt installed.

And you have enough threads sticking out to add a nylock on the back for extra security.

My metalcloak kit came with only two bolts and they were m12x1.75, not 1.5.
Going through my old bolts and seeing if I can find a match. So far only finding 56mm.
This is what mine look like.

Metalcloak shipped 4 bolts with the brackets. They're standard thread. Not metric. Now I have to get 2 metric bolts.

You can see the last threads on those bolts right at the end of the threaded collar. Mine are the same on a '22 Willys diesel, so no longer bolts needed. Fully threaded past the attachment collar

Mopar seems to have noticed that the bolts that secure the sway bar supports to the frame were too short.
I lost one last week, and I see that several others had the same thing happen.
I got two of the new bolts that are 70 mm in length. I think the older ones were 56 mm (edited) and didn't even go all the way through the nut in the bracket.
The new bolt is part # 06513320AA

Now that they're installed and with a little Loctite on them, I am ordering some 12mm x1.5 nylock nuts to add to the extra threads on the back side for added security.

I believe many lug nuts are that size and pitch as well, so you could do that and have a thread protector too.
$12 shipping for 2 $2.34 bolts???

I picked up the new bolts with the same part number. Are the bits different sizes? I noticed I needed two different bits and it seemed the new bolts are thicker?
