There is actually some synthetic-conventional blend 0W-20 oils like Pennzoil Gold and a couple of others. Most will never find them retail on store shelves as they are usually marketed as jobber fluids for oil change and independent shops. The Pennzoil Gold 0W-20 still carries the MS-6395 spec though.
