Looking to see if this is normal/ anybody experienced this.

1. in 4wd high I tested on road at low speed, at a stop it vibrates like crazy.

2. in park and I give a little bit of gas there is a metal type sound unsure if it’s under or in engine and the rpm will drop down as I’m lightly applying gas

Dry just tested it at about 25mph

You should avoid testing 4 wheel drive on dry pavement if you can. I wouldn't expect it to vibrate though. Are all your tires the same size? I would expect some jerkyness especially turning but not vibration. See if you can test it in the dirt or mud and compare.

It shouldn't be vibrating at a stop regardless of conditions.

I've always had Part Time 4WD on all my Jeeps, so i don't even use it unless its slippery or off-road.
