Good afternoon,

I just purchased my gladiator yesterday and have an issue with my start/stop feature. I haven't fully inspected the jeep however I know there are sasquatch lights... I asked chatGPT if the problem could potentially be caused by bad wiring and it said yes. Do you guys have any other tips? I have until tomorrow to return it so please lmk.

Please quit asking ChatGPT questions about vehicle problems. AI gives useless, generic, or absolutely incorrect answers.

One sign of bad batteries or a bad aux battery is "issue with start/stop feature", but you didn't say what the issue is. It is much more likely to be weak batteries than "bad wiring", though "bad wiring" is a possibility, as is "previous owner disconnected aux battery".

What's the issue? Scroll through the menus between the tach and speedometer to see what is causing the ESS to not work.
