Does anyone know if it is 2 door or 4 door or both or is it like a extended cab pickup

Ummm…. how do I change my username from Gladiator4Runner to Gladiator4Runner?
Please advise and thank you.

Also...I'm sure most of you've heard the most famous Gladiator joke but I'll tell a clean one..
A Roman Gladiator walks into a bar and holds up 2 fingers and says to the bartender... "I'll take 5 beers please"

I was hoping for Honcho. Gladiator seems so middle ages or earlier...and European

I'm not terribly excited about it being called Gladiator. I find the name on the wrong side of corny and seems more suited for a full-sized truck. I liked the idea of Gladiator since the truck is essentially a Wrangler with a pick-up bed. Hell, I think buying the rights to Brute would have been better. I will appreciate it if the Rubicon badging stay in the same location on the truck.

nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo really?!?!?! :[
Nope, he's just messing with you... all the leaked details say 4-door only. But, it will have standard solid Dana axles front and rear. The main difference seems to be a pickup style rear swaybar (rear suspension adapted from a Ram 1500?).

Not a fan of the Gladiator name. Super cheesy... Sounds like some toy we had in the 80's. Gladiator is nicer or better yet just call it a Wrangler truck... Afterall that's what it is. A Wrangler with a truck bed.

I prefer calling it the JT. Gladiator would have been ok, but the Gladiator name will have to grow on me. I just hope the tailgate has JEEP stamped into it with no more than a Gladiator nameplate similar to the Gladiator nameplate and location on the tailgate.

I'm glad it won't be called the "Gladiator", that just sounds like something that would be offered on the menu at an IHOP! I'm not too fond of the "Gladiator" nameplate either though, but slightly better.

I said elsewhere that I wasn't a big fan of Gladiator, but realized there that it wouldn't really matter much. Same goes here... not necessarily loving "Gladiator" much more than "Gladiator" though it is slightly more appealing. At the end of the day, I call my JKU a Jeep or a JK... I imagine that's also what I'll call it everywhere other than Forum sigs when I move to a truck.

Now that I've thought about it, I've never really liked Wrangler either. Its just a little too rootin' tootin' cowboy for my tastes. I took the Wrangler stickers off my TJ, and TJ is exactly what I call it. So my truck will also likely get stripped, and just be a JT. Now to just get that thing in my driveway/garage...
