2021 Mojave Alignment issue...

So, having some issues with steering tracking. Have about ~1200 miles. Took it to the dealer and they put it on the alignment rack..told me the Camber (Yes Camber) was out of spec.. and there's no adjustment because of the live axle. They've escalated to Jeep for advice on how to fix....

Anyone else have this or heard of this?

Late to the posting. My camber is -3.9 both sides.

The fix is either special offset ball joints or a new axle assy.

But unless it's way out or cross-camber is an issue, it may not be the cause of problems. A lot of other things can cause issues.

But me being me - I'd want it fixed since it left the factory out of specs, a flaw in manufacturing so I'd demand it be fixed.

"A bad ball joint" would impact only one side, not both, unless you had TWO bad ones - one on each side. That's off by quite a bit.
If it's identical on both sides, maybe they need to check their equipment or their tech.
-3/4 to + 1/4 is spec on an Overland.
Negative .25 (-1/4) is spec. (ideal)
Assuming similar specs, you are way out on both sides.
With that negative number, the tops of your tires are inward from where they should be. They slant in at the top.
And that much both sides? Quite a bit, and equal on both sides raises some questions for me.
If a bad ball joint, one would expect it to be the top one due to the leverage and weight of the truck against the wheel being outward of the SAI (steering axis inclination) but I hope they checked the lowers, too, as there have been lower ball joints found to be LOOSE. And it could be lowers, not implying it wouldn't be.
Still - that much? Both sides? And equally bad both sides?
