No kidding. Throw a puck lift on that thing, don’t even swap out the shocks, and double that amount.

Edit: Not TRYING to give you a hard time OP, but more information would be helpful.

Personally…I’d start by running over to Carmax for a free estimate to test the water and get a sense of what they’re going for in your area.

Try to get a sense of what they’re selling for vs. what folks are listing them for.

Vroom, Carguru, even Carmax give free online estimates. Start there and the look at Autotrader for similar

kbb will give you an estimate and actual offers from dealerships... depends how silly low their stock is could be worth it to just drop it off at one of them.

If you have a Carmax in the area start with their estimate... then work your way up from there.

Two months ago, I would tell you that you could make money. Now, expect to get knee capped a bit.

I think you will be lucky to get $40K for what you described for trade in value. Maybe $45K private party sale. Manuals are slow movers regardless of what the fan base here says.

KBB.com was pretty close on my last two Gladiator trade ins for estimated value. In both cases though, I was still ahead selling it to CarMax rather than take a dealer trade in offer that even factors in the trade in tax credit I lost out on not trading to the selling dealer.

Dealer Inventories for Gladiators are creeping up and dealerships are starting to hold off paying top dollar for used Gladiator trade in's

Manuals can be harder to move some on line buying services won’t even give you an offer, ask me how I know. That being said go to driveway.com. They gave me thousands more than the others: KBB, Carmax, Carvana, & Vroom. I sold my 2021 Sport S six speed to them. Only reason I was able to buy my 2022 Gobi.
I suspect they offer more as they are making their way into the on line gar dealing game. Legit company, however they are a little slow moving through the process.
