37's with 5.13s on a manual. I get 15mpg in mostly around town driving. On the turnpike at 75-80 I get 12 or 13, at 65-70 I get 17.

My numbers after about 6 months - 3.6L Rubi with 37 Mickey AT's on AEV Pintler wheels, using stock 4.11's - typically get about 13.5 mpg. If the stars align and I'm on a highway drive at 70 mph with either low wind or a tail wind, I've gotten 15.2 mpg. Any sort of head wind, that will drop dramatically. I've logged mileage since day one, and will say the first year and a half of ownership on the stock 33's I maybe averaged about 1 mpg better - so perhaps my use of the skinny pedal isn't the most gas mileage friendly. :)

Average 14.5 according to Fuelly. Best I've had after 37s is 16.4 and that was a 215 mile trip using the avoid freeways option on Waze.

2020 maxtow auto 5.13 gears sst pros running 70-75 on the hiway 14-14.5 mpg intown mileage is a little better. Everything was calibrated using a taser. The vechicle is a brick not very aerodynamic

One thing to really think about is someone with light wheels and light 37's is going to get way better mpg's than someone with super heavy wheels and heavy mud tires. You can easily have about 45lbs more weight per wheel and tire package depending on your choice. This difference is going to be even higher in stop and go when you need to put inertia back into those wheels to get going.

37" Baja MT's are 80lbs a piece, combined with some heavy offset wheels (Fuel Assault) at 40lb each you will be looking at about 120lbs/corner.

37" BFG AT's (debate on the truth to the size aside) are 63lbs (in the 116S weight rating version) and some light wheels like the Nomad Arvo (no idea if they are nice but there are good light wheels out there) 23lbs. 86lbs

The first setup is 40% heavier than the bfg/factory wheel combo. Both similar size, both have AT tires, and both very similar setups. There are many more pros and cons for sure of why you might go for the first option.

I think this is part of the reason for such discrepancies.

Avg 14.6 very fun MPG's w/ 2020 Rubi 6spd Manual trans, Mopar performance exhaust, air intake and tonneau cover - 11,000 miles with 37 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on Fuel Beast wheels and Mopar 4:88 gears. Tire size and speedo have been corrected to address the mod's. I drive it like a sports car half the time so thinking I could break 15 if I cared.

37x12.5r18 Open Country AT3, 4:10 gears. Currently my average is around 10. North West Montana winter, so lots of remote start warm up time. Also, my daily commute is 3 miles round trip to work. When I do get out of town and on a highway, I reset my trip computer and get around 15 mpg at ~70 mph.

My Gladiator is about a worst case scenario for gas mileage. Heavy tires, heavy wheels, built axles, bed rack, roof rack, on board air, winch, boxes and a tent up top, etc, etc.

5.13 gears.

I don't bother taking the tent and storage off because it's easier to leave it all on and ready to go. I don't want light tires because they do not hold up as well on trails (sidewall damage). Heavy tires also keep the center of gravity lower which I prefer when in high off camber situations. I prefer my steel wheels even though they are heavy.

With all that I get about 13.5 around town. And I don't go easy on the gas. Not a racer, but I don't baby it either.

Hope that helps.
