If you want it on all the time why bother with a switch at all? Just hard wire the system in and save your switches for something you actually want to turn on and off.
What if you want something on 51% of the time and off 49%?

Then you use a switch but that’s not what the OP stated he wanted so I saw no reason to not assume he knows what he wants.

This Auxiliary Switch Package is quite possibly the most under rated package on the gladiator. In addition to awesome flush mounted factory switches that are programmable from the uconnect head unit, you get the upgraded alternator and upgraded battery. Just so cool.

All you people keep bragging on these switches and FCA is going to put them on "restriction" and my Gladiator will show up with a piece of black electrical tape over the hole. :)

We're talking about the wire splice kit that comes with the aux. switch option.
Unfortunately, my truck has the switches but not the splice kit swag booty.
I don't think I even noticed a splice kit... I'll have to look again. What is it supposed to contain exactly?

Butt splices and heat shrink tubing. Probably a small plastic bag.

Hmm, trying to figure out how to wire these to my winch...I'm thinking one switch set to toggle winch power on/off and two others set to momentary to reel it in and out. I'd do just two momentary switches but I wouldn't want them to get hit accidentally. I'm thinking switch 1 turns on a large solenoid (like starter) on the winch power cable and have switch 3 and 4 be momentary and run directly to the solenoid box, 3 reels in, 4 reels out. That or have switch 1 control two small relays that 3 and 4 run into (which then go into the solenoid box), that way I don't have to turn the winch on in the cabin to use the external control.

That only leaves one other aux switch, but I don't really have any other power accessories I need to switch that I plan to use right now.
