I question anybody that does not have dunnage laying about and claims to wrench on their vehicles to any serious degree.

Yuuuuuup.
I have a woodshop, the amount of “hm, it has potential, ima save that” is endless. Never need to look long for a wheel chock though 🤣

Also... not safe, but that's my opinion.
I do my directional front to back rotation that way on my tiny Chevy Bolt EUV, but that’s much smaller. Perfectly safe for that little car. But a gladiator, no way in my opinion. Super sketchy.
