Aftermarket Mirrors for doors off?

A buddy told me technically it’s illegal to ride with the doors off because your side mirrors are gone. Any suggestions for after market mirrors to use in a situation like this?

I have a set of these. They are stable at highway speeds. They are about $8 each now though. They fit my needs for the times that I remove my doors at the beach in the Summer. I would suggest trying the scooter mirrors to see if they meet your needs first. If you buy them from a local Auto Zone or O'Reilly's you can probably return them if you don't like them.

I use cheap quadratec round ones on my tube doors. Looking at the bulletpoint ones, because I can attach my gopro to it. Although haven't justified the cost of those yet.

amazon just delivered my $30 mirrors today. I was sitting here watching the news and put them together. I will only be riding around town with doors off and using these mirrors, so why buy those high dollar ones?

Had most of every style between the jeeps.

CMM is my choice unless you are running mopar tube doors or rugged ridge etc where you can run 03-06 TJ mirrors.

If you want to make your own, you can take an upper tj door hinge; buy 03-06 mirrors and send it; youll just to source some washers for the bottom nut. S friend of mine ran it that way, his were great. We drilled holes in a lower hinge and made a set for me too. i prefer to use cmm for ease of use.

Really like the CMM, but yes… X_pensive!
Had them mounted up top, but found them mounted low was more natural and less in the way entering/exiting.
