If the lift was installed per the instructions, the lower control arms would be set at 24”, and the washers oriented as specified below. Note the square and rounded corner notches.

Took the Mojave back to the dealer that did the install. They corrected the Square Nut position issue and control arm lengths. They did another alignment increasing the caster to 5.5 and the difference is drastic. Drives just like it did the day I purchased it.. Here is the new alignment seat. Thanks again to the guys who helped me get this issue resolved!!!

Caster is a huge thing for stability, preventing wandering and for the vehicle wanting to go straight (and recentering after a turn). What does surprise me is that they didn't really read directions.

Just left the alignment shop. With the brackets on the highest setting, my caster was at 5.88 on both sides. Im happy with that. (Stock everything besides aev 2inch kit + geometry correction brackets)

I know this is an older thread and not sure if my Willy's with the AEV spacer lift would have the same alignment specs but with the spacer lift and MOPAR longer LCAs, my caster is 6.4. They claim it's out of spec but I have zero wander/pull or any drivability issues. I'm wondering what the alignment specs would be if I left the OEM LCAs. Is 6.4 too much? I've read a few threads where people recommend it being between 5.5 and 6.0. I'm not a suspension expert so some opinions would be helpful.

Too much caster can cause "caster wobble" or instability at speed. With a lift and if it feels right, is stable, no shimmy, etc. - you judge.
I'd never run that high on stock and those talking of how more is better are just going by what they read and the fact it hasn't blown up on them.
Too much can cause trouble on corners because of what it does to weight transfer and traction around curves and corners, and combined with toe that isn't right, it can wear and feather tires.
What happens is you run the tires more on edge on corners with radical caster.
So again, you judge, I guess.

That's good to know. Thank you. I could throw the factory LCAs back on which would reduce caster, possible back in spec.
