Any 0W20 Synthetic that meets the API specification listed in the Owners Manual is good. I prefer Pennzoil, which was a Jeep recommended brand in the 2020 Owners Manual.

I prefer Pennzoil. Mobil 1 is the OE manufacturer for Mopar Oil so can't go wrong there either. I'd only up oil weight Id you in an extreme environment that would need it. other than that, use high mileage formula when you get there. And change somewhere between 4-10k depending on your usage. Also if your up for it, get test sticks and make sure your coolant and brake fluid are in good condition every few oil changes.

The same that they use in most European motors

You still have warranty to consider, so use the oil that meets the specifications in your owners manual.

Brand doesn't matter as long as it meets the specs. Stick with 0W-20 until warranty runs out (don't forget drive train warranty) then use what your heart desires.

Some of us use oil outside the spectrum, because it is something we've used before and know and trust it.

You didn't specify gas or diesel. That will affect weight, quantity, and filter used. Follow the recommendations in the Owners Manual and you should be good.
