I’ve used the full GP-Factor Redarc system, so that won’t help you since you have other components. There’s a wiring diagram and some cable sizes in my build thread.

They are good folks. AJ from GP-Factor is super helpful and the OK4WD folks generally try to help as well.

Still looking at how I can mod the Goose Gear cabinets to work..but first I need to get the camper on..maybe this weekend then have a plan for all the part below as cabinets will need to work with this.

Question for all, Anyone done a similar system that has a build posting anywhere on how/where and what all you used in mounting up your Redarc system. I have coming a manager 30 rogue system, 2ea 200w panels, a 3000w inverter and a LiTime 230ah battery.. As stated thinking about getting a GP Factor panel kit for ease of install. Not real handy with wood but have some ability plus all the tools. Metal is more my comfort zone so maybe Molle panels? Open to all ideas and parts needed.

Thanks
I have a very similar setup. I designed a panel to hold the display and the Rogue mounts behind it. I also have a Bluesea fuse block mounted behind it. I have the 2000W inverter and two ATEM 100ah flat batteries mounted on one of my Cabside MOLLE panels. I have a second screen mounted on a custom rear door panel (I actually have a third screen in the cab on the A-pillar). I have 3 displays since I was designing different panels for them. I don't have any photos of the backside of the Rogue being mounted. I can't find the photos. But, the 4 screws you see next to the screen are holding the Rogue with spacers over top of the backside of the screen. The 4 screws above that holding the Bluesea fuse block.

I have the raw aluminum panel available if you are interested.

Nice, like the idea or 2ea screens! I'm hoping that I can wifi from my tablet mounted in place of the rear view mirror to control canopy lights on the trail and monitor all else while driving.

I ended up changing my orders as redarc ex[lamed the colored display is the wifi connection and lighting connection so their equip once plugged into it will allow control using a cell phone using their app. So I ordered the Prime RedVision System TVMSKIT05-NA and a GP Factor panel kit. It holds all 3 components and comes with all the wiring. Its a time/$ trade off in my case so just spent the $ to get a easier wiring install. More time I would have gone your solution. Should have all next week, then get the Redarc 200w panels mounted and wires ran into the canopy. Then set it on the Gladiator and start installing the electrical system.

Mounted a Trailrax roof rack, specific for the Gladiator with AluCab Canopy Camper.

Test fit:

Fully mounted:

Thoughts:

The rack is pretty good quality, I just wish they used metric hardware. The whole truck is metric, so I find stuff like this annoying. Some 4mm hex keys work, if they are machined a little small (Wera works) but if they are very precise 4mm they won't (Hazet). An 11mm wrench or socket will fit the nylock nuts, but can be a little hard to get on/off. The most annoying part is that the bolts are different sizes/threads from our normal M6, which means I need extra spares just for this.

Other than that, it fits well, feels solid, the wind deflector sits on tight, although we haven't tried it yet, just installed it today. First driving test tomorrow. Longer driving test on Monday.

The Maxtrax are mounted with a self made bracket:

Works great, is lightweight, and ended up under half price compared to Trailrax' solution.

Awesome. Yes, the GP Factor kit is nice! I bought one myself but ended up not using it only because I didn't want to rewire the entire truck and also to stay a little flexible with my prototyping.

The Trailrax rack? Try this link:

https://trailrax.com/collections/gl...for-the-jeep-gladiator?variant=43575578591399

This is the exact variant I bought – Front Half, Canopy Camper, no lightbar cutout.

For the Maxtrax mounts, I've made my own template and had it laser cut from stainless steel from OSH Cut. No problem helping with getting one of these. Alternatively pinging @813 Fabrication & Design – maybe Jeremy has a solution coming that can be simply ordered and is probably better or more flexible than mine.

At some point I will put a design together. I still need to get the rack mounted for testing some ideas :)

A question for those running the Trailrax modular roof rack... what are you doing for accessory fasteners along the extrusion? I'm about 1/2 through assembly and it occurs to me that getting t-nuts or hex bolts into the extrusion is only possible by taking one of the sides off. Are there any roll-in nuts you have found that work? I didn't see anything obvious on the vendors website. Thanks in advance!

I’m pretty sure that 80/20 roll in t-nuts for series 10 (non-metric) or series 25 (metric) will work. Can try in an hour or so …

I would really appreciate that info. I did find a post elsewhere confirming the crossbars are 1020 series t-slot, but the link to roll-in nuts on McMaster appears to be old and the part is no longer sold. They do have 4 packs of other nuts but not stainless. If they can be sourced from 80/20 with SAE and/or Metric thread... well that would be awesome.

Just tried an 80/20 roll in t-nut with M6 thread and it works.

I'm using the economy t-nuts for the Maxtrax mounts, but if I were to add something without wanting to disassemble the rack, the roll-in t-nuts would be the way to go.

This is the product number I have here that worked:

https://8020.net/25-1966.html

They aren't stainless though. That reminds me that the t-nuts I'm using LOOK like stainless, but don't actually seem to be, they are slightly magnetic and 80/20 claims "zinc finished". Weird. Need to see whether I should replace these with stainless versions.
