If it bends it will be above the rear axle as they do. Shift Auto has a weld on brace for that.

I like the set up---except for the lack [from what I can see] of exhaust fans in the roof. No way could I sleep in that just hoping to get a side breeze through the windows. You need an exhaust fan at a minimum IMO.

I believe the line there is something along the lines of, “Junior, the first thing I’m gonna do when we get home, is slap yo momma in the mouth.”

The Jeep ain’t named Bandit for no reason. 😂

After that movie was over, how many cars left the parking lot normally ? I think 90% of them left with tires squealing.....lol

With everyone singing, "Eastbound and down, load 'em up and truck 'em....oh we gonna do what they say can't be done.....

You are correct. He was not even in the car when he said it. He was spotting for Jr.🤣

seems sub-optimal. Lots junk in the trunk for a vehicle that sucks doing real truck stuff.
If you need the Gladiator to do more “truck stuff” the failure is your own for not understanding your mission and picking the right tool.
The Gladiator is perfectly adequate at performing 1/4 ton truck duties. Complaining about this means you wanted a wrench and bought a screwdriver; that’s not the screwdriver’s fault.

I still turn that song up when it comes on. My kids look at me strange and I just smile.

Welding in some rear frame box plates is cheap insurance if nothing else. There's a whole lot of weight cantilevered off the back of that thing.

I have a small portable fan that I can move around and it works GREAT. A rooftop exhaust fan would have added about 10 more pounds.

Ohhh that light placement looks super handy.
The Weather Tech mud flaps have a big cavity to fit different rock sliders so I filled it.

I saw that you sumbitch! I don't care where I am or what time it is, if Smokey and the Bandit is on, I'm dropping my ass down and watching.
