I took mine to the dealership at 50K and ask for a trans service, and I think that I scared them. They told me that it was a lifetime service don't do it. I ordered my parts online and after watching a few videos it was not that hard. I replaced my trans pain with a aftermarket unit that has a drain plug which will make my 150K chang a peace of cake.
I got the same response on a transmission fluid change. Then ordered 3-4 gallon of fluid. By chance what transmission pan did you get and where?

Still have my 2020 (since May 2020). Have about 33k miles. Don't see enough new features I want so bad that I'm willing to start over again.

Still have my '20, just under 60k miles, still has original batteries. Only problem has been the heated steering wheel stopped working which I just around to fixing.

Built and Ordered from factory, 95k miles, 5 years, 4 windshields, 3 sets of batteries, 3 battery Current sensors, a camshaft and all intake rockers replaced due to the famous ticking noise, all hinges cover under warranty for corrosion, and now a noisy rear axle that I have to take care of, still here.

If that cash bonuses and incentives due to big inventories and low sales continue I might consider a change, in the meanwhile still on the pioneers way.
Rear Axle noise update: The noise was the Drive Pinion Bearing Kit (68401292AA), took advantage that the axle was open and noticed wear in the axle shaft bearings (68507420AA), so I replaced them too.

Well, cash bonuses and incentives as lower interest continued, and this happened. Was a deal I could not refuse, 11k bellow MSRP and good trade in price compared with kelley book, got a 24 Texas Trail in Anvil.

I miss my 4.10s from my Sport S Max Tow, be able to spin 35s RT tires was crazy. For the moment feeling good with theses 3.73s, I think will feel like that as long as I don't go up in tire size.

Another downside was missing the Alpine Premium system, having it and going to regular gladiator sound system was and awful experience, zero bass. I just fixed that with a kicker 46HS10 subwoofer and Infinity Reference tweeters. Sound better than de Alpine Premium now.

Drain, was advised years ago by a 70 year old who owned a trans shop to never flush a trans too much potential to flush debris in to solenoids. I have a F250 that has a drain plug on the pan, every 10K I drain 6 quarts out and refill it. 285K on the 250 now. At 100K on the Gladiator I did replace the trans pan with a aftermarket two extra quarts of fluid and a drain plug.
Manufacturer and Part number for the extra volume of trans fluid pan?

Still have my ‘20 that I picked up at Renton CDJR in Oct ‘19. I’ve added a winch and RSI SmartCap, replaced both batteries once, tires, and all the fox shocks. 81k, been a good truck. Going to do the transmission service and diff fluid next.
