For me, buckle straps and zippers are a deal breaker. Those are not fun to deal with. That's one of the things I think Jeep did right on the JT, no zippers. Feels like going backwards to have to deal with those again.

But for 60% less than a Mopar vinyl top its interesting for those of us who might not otherwise buy a soft top.

Here's a pic that Quadratec didn't have on their site, this came from the RR site.

If I'm seeing this image right, looks like the back window/panel and corners can be removed, and the top front and rear seat sections fold and are stored over the soundbar. Cool idea, the question is how tight and quiet is it at highway speeds?

Not a terrible looking top, but $900 for a sailcloth top is a bit high. Buying this instead of the dual top still ends up being the same cost with a downgraded soft top material. Of course dual top requires a tonneau cover, so there are other costs to add there.

Price point seems right. Way cheaper than OEM. I'd only want it for special trips in the summer and spring.

I’d also watch for premium soft tops on marketplace and here. I snagged a new in box premium soft top for $1000.

I went and looked at the Rugged Ridge site, not really any more good pics there of it on a Gladiator either (several for Wrangler), I guess this is a brand new product for the JT. It's showing as shipping around 2/5, but I would take any shipping estimates these days with a huuuuuuuuuge grain of salt.

THIS. Ordered something with them back on 12/13 and its still in pending stage and shipping keeps getting pushed out. Ive came close a couple times on just cancelling but I really want what I ordered.

That looks more like a summer only soft top. I’d like to see a better review on it. Right now from what I see it looks more like a $500 top instead of its current asking price. IMO. At this point I’d rather drop down the big bucks for an OEM twill top.

Most companies of Truck Hero’s size use a variety of manufacturing or supply streams — some which they own and some which they do not.
