Anyone gone to 37s from 35s that were same weight or lighter than their 35s?

Your are 100%. I have accepted the fact that ill be visiting gas stations more frequently. Im not worried about mpg, I was just curious, its our third vehicle along with a GMC Acadia and Nissan Maxima.
I bought a 21 Mojave for smiles and a 22 Hyundai Accent for miles, just a ride to get back and forth to work. It gets 40 + mpg, but man is it a POS. 🤣

I think the C load KO2 37s are the lightest 37s around. They are only 64.8lbs (listed on their site) which is very light. The stock 33" Falkens that come on my Mojave are 61.3lbs for example.

Nope. Fuel economy may well be affected but it won't be because of this.

A larger tire turns slower at the same vehicle speed. The radius cancels out completely.

The energy required to accelerate the vehicle to a fixed speed is exactly the same with tires of equal mass, regardless of diameter. Of course that statement assumes something about the distribution of mass over the tire. It is possible that the larger tire could be more efficient.
With the larger diameter tire, torque multiplication is reduced unless the axle ratio is changed.

Wanted to give an update now that I've had my Toyo 37x12.5x17R Open Country RT Trail tires for almost 2 months. My mpg has gone up about 1 to 1.5 MPG! Before I would fluctuate between high 13 to mid 14 MPG never even sniffed 15 MPG. Now Im avg about 15.4 mpg with a high of 16.2 which has been a nice surprise. The biggest difference is how much further they coast with no gas pedal. With the MTs the second i took the foot off the pedal was like applying the brake even down hill, lol. Nice smoother, quieter ride with very good grip. The Mojave handles great on those down hill curvy mtn roads, feels really planted for a truck. They have done great on dirt, hard pack gravel and rocky trails, only been out twice. Another surprise is the 4.10 gearing seems fine, a little struggle when going up into the mtns but not so bad where Im like I gotta regear ASAP. I have not loaded it down in Overlanding mode or towed anything so that will be the true test for gearing. I could not be happier with 37in Toyo RT Trail tires!
