I had the similar kit on my 2018 Colorado with the shocks and springs. I was happy with the setup for about $450. I haven't really considered them for the gladiator as nobody talks about them.
Their shocks and struts seem to be a very popular choice for trucks that have coil overs. I've seen some good reviews from Fords, Chevys, Toyotas, but it doesn't appear the Jeep world has much interest in their shocks for some reason.

I can confirm that the Rancho RS9000XL adjustable shocks would meet your stated intent. I run these with 1” spacer on my Rubicon with steel bumper/ winch and it really is the best ride I have found. Starting with the Rubicon stock Fox shocks I found the ride to be mushy and inconsistent. I actually ran Mojave Springs and Shocks for a time to compare and even found them to be too soft in how the vehicle leans, brakes, and steers.
I set up my adjustable Rancho shocks (set at 6) and find that they are smooth over road imperfections, but really firm in cornering and braking. It is easy to go slightly softer or firmer with the adjustment.

I understand that ride is completely subjective, but I have found a true sweet spot using these affordable shocks paired with Rubicon springs.

I spent some serious time looking at both of those. All three are in the same price range actually. The Rancho 9000s are intriguing being adjustable and 2.75", but they are painted, a tri-tube and I've read the adjustable screw is a bit flimsy. The 5100s are a great shock from just about everyone who comments on them, but they are a very firm digressive shock. This is fine for 90% of my driving, but after seeing the reviews of the Eibach vs Bilstein vs Fox, it seems to be the consensus is Eibach is also firm, but maybe a little less than the 5100. They're also digressive, but have bleeder valves early in their travel so giving a slightly more forgiving initial impact at slower speeds. It's really why I was hoping to get some feedback on the Eibachs for our application by comparison. There is plenty to read about the 9000s and the 5100s
Sounds like you need to be the Guinea Pig!
They sound good, I’d try just shocks first.

I'm running Eibach in the front. 2.5" and love them. Been on for about 2 years and rides great. So far no sag from when they were installed.
Max Tow so only added the 1.38 spacer in the rear. Sits perfectly level.

Love your rig! Eibach springs in the front or are you using their shocks too?

On my 2020 Rubicon JT, I ran 2" front/rear Eibach springs with Falcon 2.1 monotube shocks and was happy with it. Also used the extend lower front control arms out of the MOPAR 2" lift kit.

My only experience with Eibach was on my lowered Dodge Charger. Their springs and shocks were AMAZING in that application. It transformed the vehicle. So not a Jeep application obviously, but I can attest to their quality of product.

Your Jeep looks great! I actually really like the stance. What did you net in height after you swapped the springs up front out curiosity? Some springs seem to provide more and some provide less than the stated lift.

My lack of patience got the best of me. I placed an order this morning for all 4 Eibach Pro-Truck shocks. It looks like I will be the guinea pig and report back how the shocks are. It seems like just about everyone who has responded back really likes their springs so hopefully their shocks meet the same bar.

I didn't measure before. But this is the height now with these springs. Running 35" Kenda tires.

And I'm not certain but I think they were listed as 2" springs. Not 2.5"

I'll be happy to provide a review when they get here and I get them installed. Currently my order just says 2-3 weeks for delivery.
