Looking to find someone who has used the Synergy 5" or 6" springs on the front of the Rubicon Diesel. They only rate them at 4" (table from their webpage below) for the tallest they have when used on the Rubicon Diesel. I am trying to go taller then my Evo 4.5" springs that were installed in 2021 with the Evo enforcer kit. Would be great to compare a few measurements with someone that has these installed.

If you can't find anything. You can try the JKS adjustable spring seat with hydraulic bump stop kit. It's good for a base lift of 2". Plus you can adjust it for even more lift. I have it installed with Clayton 2.5 diesel springs and got 4" + of lift.

Interesting. Those would be cool to fine tune and the integrated bump stop would be nice to have. Thanks for the info!

Any idea if the factory upper rubber isolator would fit on them? The diesel has tapered ones and I had to spin them to get the spring to not bow. This was another reason I was looking a the synergy spring as they have a ground bottom on the spring and a flat lower isolator. I was hoping to get rid of the tapered upper isolator if I went with the synergy springs.

I image the the oem isolator would fit. The question is the ID of the hole in the oem's.

I'm running the 6" synergy springs on my '21 JTRD. I ended up with approx. 5.25" of lift with the factory steel bumper (no wings) and a warn evo 10s. I just ordered the 5" springs b/c it's sitting a bit nose high with the rear synergy 4" springs which are sitting about 3.75 currently with some tools and recovery gear in the bed. If it stays true, the 5" springs should give me 4.25" in the front which should work well.

That's a lot of lift. You will need new driveshafts and all the other suspension parts to make it all work.

@deserat Any chance you could take a couple pics/measurements for me with your current setup?

Front: upper lip (flat face)of the spring seat bucket to the metal base the lower rubber isolator sits on (I measured from the rear right corner of the lower spring seat straight up)

Rear: Upper lip of the bump stop to Lower metal flat sheet the bump stop sits on (center of both)

Same as you in the front, 15 1/8. In the rear, 8 7/8, with about 150 lbs in the bed. My rear looks to be a couple inches lower than your, interestingly given you have twice the weight.

I do have coil bow, front and rear. That's with about 7 degrees castor and long arms front and about 4 degrees pinion angle in the rear and adjustable arms.

Are your Evo springs the diesel version?

Well that's to bad, I was hoping the 6" Synergy springs would be taller then the 4.5" EVOs I have on the front right now. I do still wonder if they might ride better. I am not happy with how my EVO coils and EVO spec kings (no adjusters) ride, just not sure if the spring rate is too low or if the valving is just way off on the shocks. I find even speed bumps aren't handled well on the front.

I have the EVO Front 600195 Rear 600167 springs (which I believe are the HD diesel springs) with Metal Cloak lower isolators since the Evo springs are not ground flat on the bottom like Synergy's are.

I have Rockcrawler Passenger (07431) Driver (07430) lower correction wedges under the rear springs which would account for the rear height difference. (they are pretty tall and straighten up the springs)

Did the synergy springs in the front come with upper and lower isolators or just flat lowers? If you are using the stock upper rubber isolators you likely need to clip off one of the locating nubs and rotate the isolators as they are tapered. I had to do it to fix my spring bow. I was able to keep one nub and have it seat into the other hole of the nub I cut off. I was fighting the springs hitting the shocks at first, then got the metal cloak lower isolators. But I still had a bow and the spring was often hitting the bump stop tower in the middle of the spring as well. Then I I rotated the upper isolator and things are pretty good now.

Here is the thread with some pics:

Front synergy springs came with lower pads.

I don't see those part numbers on the Evo website... diesel 4.5 springs are 3126 and 3127?

The numbers I posted are what is printed on the springs.

Looking at that I guess I could go with the EVO 6.5" HD fronts and then look for a stiffer 4.5" rear. It's too bad EVO won't divulge their spring rates, makes it's hard to know how different another manufacturers spring will be then theirs.

From the install pdf for the EVO Enforcer kits:

Would love to hear from someone who has gone from EVO HD diesel springs to Synergy to get an idea if the synergy are a stiffer rate.
