I don't know what the Amp draw is but what size wire did you use.

I cheated I bought an extension harness from expedition essentials. It's basically the same size wire the compressor comes with. I couldn't tell you what the gauge was off the top of my head.

Mine is under passenger seat but I like your setup.
ARB Twin is pretty well sealed so water shouldn't be an issue.

The cylinders are protected as long as you have a good air supply. To protect is as easy as adding a couple of fittings and running some airline to relocate the air filters. Additionally, there are electronics and fan in between the cylinders that you may have an issue with if not protected. If it was a $200 compressor, I wouldn't worry about it either. It's not, so I would. I'd hate to air down low then find out it's out and have a long drive. For grins and giggles, might I recommend the Kraken system? There's another fabrication company that offers a setup for behind the drivers side rear seat as well. Kraken checked all the boxes for me.

I think i might add a rubber isolator between the frame and the compressor. I think I can fit a 1/4 rubber sheet in between the mounting plate and the frame, any thoughts anyone?
I used some rubber isolator mounts like these on Amazon, they helped quite a bit with the noise. They are available in a variety of sizes, so they should work with most compressors.

yep...long day:computerrage:
I would recommend number 4 Ga. size wire to feed your install. Your only working with 12 volts so you will need that size wire to keep the compresser from overheating.

I just realized I spelled it "whole" not just once but several times, ok that deserves a facepalm
Not even close to my misspellings. I once sent a company email to my team that said "raw a$$ till" it was supposed to read "ra was still made" unfortunately my misspelling was spelled correctly . We still laugh about it today and probably will forever.
