I am a big advocate of the "as long as you like it, who cares" attitude, but even I have my limits... this is horrendous. I'm going to have nightmares about this one :CWL:

No harm, no foul - it's still sitting level so all is well.

As soon as I read that part of the post I thought oh man he's toast. They are gonna say that there is so much weight on the back that yeah, it bent the frame. I imagine it's not a dinky light little 33" tire he had on that thing either. So yeah, if he had a trailer on it AND a large tire on a rear bumper tire carrier that could easily have been over the tongue weight. As others have pointed out the lack of details is a bit alarming. You don't just bend a vehicle frame by driving down the road and within vehicle limitations.
I'd like to see/know just how that accessory is mounted, exactly what it's connected to, how far out or down the spare is, details, and what "bent".

I love that beaveater69 tracked down and hounded the OP's girlfriend on Instagram and demanded answers. I'd have figured a grown man with a user name of beaveater69 would be more mature and rational than that.
The sad part is that she may not have known - and he's now in beeeg trouble for having bent the truck. So the beave told on the OP.

The bend is not major. Unless I point it out, people don’t really notice it. The reason I believe it should be is simple, I didn’t do what everyone thinks. Fire roads, dirt trails and beach runs are about where I go. No rock teetering, rock crawling or jumping has been done. It is my daily driver and.. I’m fully aware its still just a midsize truck. There’s no undercarriage damage and the only difference from before was a hitch mounted tire carrier. All this was voiced to the my service director, which he agrees. This decision was made by his boss. Even though the bend is opposite to what he is blaming (hitch receiver scratches), he is denying the claim. Also, he stated the body shop denied the claim, not him. Which was the cherry on top. Anyways, I know there’s going to be people talking and expressing their opinions, but I know my kind of driving and I do not believe that was the reason why the frame bent.

Currently waiting for the service director to talk to his boss about it.. will update when I hear back.
File a better business claim. I've done this before with stubborn dealers and they became much more accommodating.

I can't imagine anyone on this forum is even young enough to *have* Instagram. I sure don't and never would. ( mid 40s ). Life with 0 social media is good. I don't think this forum counts as social media, it's more Web 1.0 stuff.

Why would bending a frame be a warranty claim?
It can very well be a warranty issue. If he was towing something and it was within the perscribed load limits of the vehicle and... if it bent under normally expected off road driving, and... if it was insufficiently engineered and bent under normal highway driving as Jeep warrants the vehicle to be free of defects. Further analysis will determine the causal factors of this......

No instacrap here, no twitterdumb, fakebook is only occasionally because of specific places/pages I go to or use, no tiktoklifehacks. I'd spend so much time laughing at so-called "influencers" I'd get even less done for all of the laughing. I don't even do too many YT videos as any fool can make something and spread it as "best way" - and while being very wrong, make money at it. It's more like boobtoob most of the time. Years ago I tried to learn better methods for welding with mig - and was amazed while I saw a guy doing "educational" videos on welding in a place that was so full of "stuff", including gas cans only a few feet behind him. I thought - uh, nope, not this guy. If one of those burned he'd trip over all the crap trying to get out of there.
