I have the weathertech and like them. Have diver down covers on order but they don't ship out till monday.
And now they don't ship till the 28th... They were supposed to ship in November before that. They change the shipping date on the site the day of every time.

I really like the fit of the PRP covers. Almost look like they are full replacement skins.

I have the OEM rubber mats but they’re not compatible with the drain holes in the back seats. Any one know of a brand for the rear that utilizes the drain holes? The fronts have already come in handy with melted ice and snow.

Mine came standard with the Mopar all weather mats and you have to pull the plugs from under the carpeting to get the plugs to put in the rubber mats or else it is just open for all the water to go right on the carpet.

You have to cut that little oval carpet piece out too and push the drain plug part through to the outside of the bottom. There are YouTube videos showing how to make the fit tighter and Quadratech showed how it drains. They poured water in the mat and the relief pattern of the trails on the mat acts as drainage channels to put the water to the drain hole to go out the bottom of the car.

The Weather Tech mats have higher sides to hold more water but I don't think I will spill that much water that it will make a difference with the stock Mopar all weather mats. I think you have to spill over 32 ounces of water for it to even make a difference and that's a lot of water.

The Mopar all weather mats for the back don't have drain plugs that work with the rear drain holes, only the front mats have matching drain holes for the floor. The rears are just supposed to be for water holding I guess.

I bought the newest WeatherTech floorliner HP mats, front and back. They seem to be softer than the previous genertaion WT mats that I had in the JL and WeatherTech has dumped the shiny companay logo for a more subdued molded in logo that I really like. I do not have the locking underseat storage and the rear liner fit is perfect in my JT.

So silly of me! Mopar has thought of everything, in a true rescue scenario of course you wouldn’t want the driver to drown and with the addition of conserving water for later in the rear! I’ll have to carry my purifier under the rear seat for those exact instances!

I was looking at the OEM all weather mats but didn't really care for the red JEEP branding.

These look like fairly well made knock offs. No red logo and the back is one piece but otherwise they seem identical.

edit: and for those of you interested in a 2dr JT mock-up... check out the photos they have listed
I have the OEM mats and mine do not have the red Jeep lettering.

I'm still hesitant about cutting that carpet piece to push the drain plugs out the car.

I went with PRPs and Smartmats. They are a really nice “old school” floppy rubber. And they make a matching trunk mat.
I like them a lot. As winter Im in boots and they get a lot of water. So it’s quite grippy when wet, and no ridges to get your boot heel stuck in.
