I straight up think they are just making up dates for funzies now. yesterday it showed to backordered with nothing. now my ship date is March 1st. I wish they would just be honestI ordered mine on 9/16/2020 and they were delivered on 1/2/2021. I went though several updates to availability along the way.
There's been a fair bit of news about covid-related cargo import slowdowns in California causing delays. That may have something to do with it.
Went PRP custom for the front and rear.
Dog tested as well. Installed them a few months ago. Beat them up between mud, dog, snow and drive through ketchup packets.
All in all, they are fantastic and pretty dang easy to live with. I just use my Griots Interior cleaner on them and it wipes clean, even off the tweed.
Install was pretty easy too. I just stuck em in the dryer on low for a few minutes and made the vinyl quite supple to pull over easily.

So far so good. Haven’t seen any runs or snags on anything, and vacuums well. How durable/cleanable are the center tweed parts?

For as terrible as I’ve been treating em (they are seat covers afterall) they wipe up easily and cleanly with just regular all purpose cleaner. And knowing the dirt and spills and dog they endured, really can’t say I see anything on em. I believe the tweed is polyester, so it doesn’t absorb anything anyway.
The factory cloth didn’t look as good after the same use and even heavier cleaning, so I’m quite pleased. The PRPs definitely exceeded my expectations across the board.
How did they get the “Mojave” in the seat hi-back? I didn’t see the option on the websiteAfter seeing how good these looked in a nacho Mojave I’m thinking about mimicking them in my nacho sport

Got it, was thinking the pics were of the PRP seat covers, so that’s the OEM leather right?I believe that’s standard on mojaves

Definitely a fun choice! NGL yellow was a huge wish for my next truck color, but wasn’t out on the 20’s.After seeing how good these looked in a nacho Mojave I’m thinking about mimicking them in my nacho sport

And two things I noticed, the seats are a really light gray on the Mojave and the armrest is black. Totally your call and preference tho, as those are just subtitle things to make a copy.
(Also, i feel i need to find one of those ebrake handles. I didn’t know they had an uplevel one in silver and leather wrapped) my rubicon has cloth and a regular e-brake.
Definitely makes me smile tho, as most my mods I never see or interact with as much as the seats and interior, so making it unique goes a long way for enjoyment. Protection was a good side benefit![]()
No, it’s not waterproof. It’s pretty darn thick and a good weave so it gives you a minute to catch an accident tho. Having the dog, I thought waterproof was a priority. If it rained on your Jeep or there was a spill, is the tweed section water proof like the rest of the seat? If so Maybe I should figure out a scheme that would cut down on the swamp azz
? buddy!I think I just found a new best friend ?
