Whats your ball park on price for just the print version? Well damn I fit the criteria for tester, but my truck is sitting at home for the next couple of months while i'm gone for work.
Printed version will be in the 350 to 400 range I believe.

Work always getting in the way :-(

This is how tail lights are looking straight off the printer. I'm pretty happy with them. I haven't put the screw inserts in or the foam backing on this one yet.

Let me know what you all think.

That should be JT not JL hahaha.
I like the texture right out of the printer.

Ha ha ha I didn't even think about that. That is great. I'll have to divorce my wife and find a Tiffany or Something more exotic like a Tatiana....

Okay I think I'm ready for production.
I just need connectors to arrive, and place a order for a bunch of lights.

What's going to happen first. I will send probably two pairs out for people to test and report back to everyone the quality and if they feel it is worth the money, along with testing it in everyday use.

So I need people who:

1. Drive their jeep every day and let it sit outside all day.

2. Goes off-roading so I can see how they perform with chassis twist.

3. Washes their jeep like a ocd person so I can see how they perform from scrubbing, soaps, waxes, polishes and whatever else.

I would prefer the two people I send it to, to be all the above lol.

So when I get these sent out, I will start a waiting list. No sort of deposits will be made until after testing. I also need to read the forums rules for selling on here before I start production.

I will also offer painted tail lights, but only for the single stage paints, like black, yellow, white, red and whatever other non metallic jeep colors their are.

These will have a lot higher of a price tag due to sanding, priming, and painting. Painting will be a base coat clear coat process... usually 3 coats of each. More than likely looking at around $1000.00 for painted tail lights. Let me know if that is something you all will be interested in.
I meet all the above, except I don't wax mine but once or twice a year. I do wash regularly, by hand and at the car wash. I also live in the Pacific Northwest, so a variety of weather.

Tell me about it. Sounds good, I ended up cracking one of my tail lights just barely with hi jack. So I'm in the market. Wish I had your printing skills.

They look so good coming off that pointer. Cant wait to be able to snag myself a set. Not to side track this so I'll keep it at a min but with the printer, much set up involved/tinkering to get the prints to come out like that. Ive been eyeing the p1p or looking into new creatity offerings.

Well you could just work on lights for the Wrangler, then the JL would work.
Plus it would probably be cheaper.

Sound like a great candidate.

Very true story! I wish I had a wrangler around here that I could get to design on. I feel I could do better then what is out there for it now.

Almost had a JL but then the wife chose a infinity instead... She has a lifted GMC Sierra also....

So production wise, when I do start selling I should be able to produce 3-4 sets a day depending on imperfections.

Really looking forward to seeing what you work out for the single and triple round setup. Are you thinking a back up light for the three lamp unit?

No no no...he's supposed to be doing the trailer light one.
I do like the current one and the more I see it, the more I like it.

The more I keep building onto this version the more I like it over the trailer lights too. This is really starting to look like it was made for the housing, Instead of just stuck in with a rubber graumet ..
