I need to start from scratch. I need to get the top and bottom radius perfected....

Honestly it needs to be done on version 1 too...

The foam backing hides it a lot.... But I don't want to hide things...I want them to be right....

Oracle , combat off-road, no one has this radius right, which is why they all don't fit perfectly....

Funny thing is, the cheap aftermarket tail lights for the gladiator all fit perfectly...

This is going to take me a few days, a bunch of trial and error, because I don't know how to measure it perfectly....

how about making a cardboard template and entering it into CAD

Do you have a cheaper version on hand? Do you have a 3d scanner? You could just use that as the template for the body connection and then mesh the two models?

I think I'm going to take a picture of the bottom of the factory lights, import that into cad and then trace it...

Can't be mounted to the jeep.
I need a straight on picture of the radius..... perfectly straight up top view and bottom view.

It's okay if no one can do it... Just have some free time at work at the moment.
