Looking at either the Bulletproof or 67 designs phone mount system. Wondering about opinions or thoughts on one versus the other. They are similar design concepts. The Bulletproof seems to be a little cheaper. The 67 designs base does allow you access to the small spot above the dash where as the Bulletproof mount covers the space.

Thoughts / opinions?

Bulletpoint? That is the one I have and couldn't ask for anything better.

For what it's worth, 67 Designs was first, a lot of Bulletpoint's stuff appears to be copies of 67 Designs.

They are both American made, so you'd be supporting that either way you go.

The bullet point mount I use has a GoPro mount as well and also allows you to use the space in that little cubby up there. My wife has the 67 designs mount and they’re nearly identical but she doesn’t have the GoPro mount.

We have 67 design in the JTM 2 phone mounts and gopro mount, I have the 67 design in my 2022 F350 as well. I really like the 67 design but I don't think a person could go wrong with BP, both seem to be solid products.

The one option I considered was one that attaches to the grab handle bolt, but mine is covered up. I don't need the phone where I can see it while driving, so it sits in the front seat connected to a three foot cable in the center console. Android Auto gives me what I need on the 8.4 Uconnect screen.

I started with a two device holder, just upgraded to the rubigrid system from Bulletpoint, just for versatility.

I was the same way for a long time until I started recording off road trips. When I’m out on the trails I have multiple cameras going, and I can stop and record any of them from my phone. It’s much easier to do when it’s right in front of your face instead of fumbling around the cup holders while bouncing off rocks.

I use bullet point in all my vehicles. Both Jeeps and the Frontier have mounts and bases. Use for phones, radios and more.

Bulletpoint no longer ships to Canada which is disappointing. I've ordered from them in the past but apparently things have changed. I need me some mojave orange arms haha.

Does the universal Bulletpoint holder interfere with the buttons on the side of your phone? If so my phone would have to sit pretty high up on the mount so the side buttons wouldn't get pushed in while in the mount.
