Does anyone have any recommendations on where to 4wheel, camp and fish around Bishop, CA? I've been looking at Green Creek, Coyote Flats, and areas like that. Looking to spend 2 or 3 days exploring the area. Not looking for trails that are advanced, looking for a relaxing adventure. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Many folks, like myself, will try to keep the best places a secret.

Try the app OnXOffroad. They don't show much of what the locals or knowledgeable know. But it's a start.

Good luck.

Always gotta keep the holes a secret. Otherwise it's gets ruined by the masses. I use Gaia. I try to find my own adventures by making my own routes. Not keeping to the norm of watching YouTube and going off someone else's trip. Can't say that I haven't done it. But I try not to. Good luck I will say I think you're on the right track. Lots of wonderful places out in Bishop. Good luck.

Try the silver canyon 4x4 trail . Its fantasticly scenic, climbs about 6000 ft out of Bishop to the white mountains. Can come down weyman canyon on the other side. Trail leaves just past the railroad museum in Bishop. Lots of water crossings. Lots of good fishing on the owens river north of bishop. Camping spots on National forest land are easy to find. Get Roger Mitchells Eastern sierra jeep trails for more ideas

Thanks all. I wasn't necessarily looking for a specific spot as much as a general idea of which trails may be promising. I'll check out the silver canyon trail. Thanks again.
