Most likely a scam, or at best for you the "vendor" uses stolen credit card numbers, orders the winch for you using it, then you become the lucky recipient of a winch that is stolen property... and if you give them your credit card info, they'll use it to order the next one!
As a rule for me, I don't trust Instagram ads that seem to good to be true. I got scammed say one point(covered by my bank) because I thought Instagram wouldn't advertise scam sites.. dumb me
A lot of these show up on FaceBook too, I see them all the time... Unfortunately shopify doesn't do enough to stop these scams from thriving on their platform, and part of the appeal of their platform is they push advertising and it makes the stuff look legit. Basically, I don't buy anything through shopify...
Everybody plays the fool sometimes... But there's an old saying in Tennessee I know it's in Texas maybe in Tennessee that goes.. fool me once shame on, shame on you.. you fool me I can't get fooled again
