This is pretty much what I would say! You don't have to necessarily start from one particular side, but always best to get the wheelbase set first with the lowers, than move on to the uppers as long as the track bars are already in.I do not know of any sequence. I adjust each LCA first because they are usually the hardest. With only half a turn, you should be able to line up the bolt again pretty easily, but, you may have to have someone rock the truck a little. Also, using a long thick punch one one side can help you pry the control arm into place to slide the bolt from the other side. I would do it with the truck sitting on level ground.
Another thing to make note of here that a lot of guys/shops get wrong is that you don't have to force the uppers to be the same exact length. You only need to technically set your caster angle with one of the uppers, then just make the 2 or 3 turns on the adjustable joint to get the other side to bolt up without trying to force anything or shift the axle. This will take a lot of stress off of your front axle and track bar and keep your bushings from wearing away prematurely
