I like the Clayton products as quality but I only want 2 inch lift. Any suggestions ? Synergy? It sits OK now so need 2 inches front and rear.
The shortest kit we currently have available for the JT is our 1.5" leveling kit. The next size up would be one of our 2.5" systems. I'm not sure of what options there are on the market for full 1.5" lifts, but if you're looking for just our control arm or track bar kits they can always be purchased separately on our website!

What’s up guys? My buddy and I finally got around to doing the majority of my lift this weekend. 2.5in overland plus. I still have to torque some of the control arms down. And do the front and rear sway bar end links. But I really wanna get everything dialed in first. What pinion and caster angles are acceptable and what do people generally shoot for? This was my first attempt at doing a lift myself! Thanks! @Clayton Off Road What do you guys recommend? Is it smart to try and go get an alignment first? Then work off those numbers?

Looks like it came out awesome! For best results shoot for between 5.5 and 6 degrees of caster! For the pinion angle, just follow the rear upper control arm length in the instructions, and then make sure visually you're rear driveshaft angle and rear coil springs look good! If you have any problems at all just give us a call or shoot us a message :like:

Installed the 2.5" Overland Plus kit over the weekend - and the first test drive produced no clunks! I ended up with 2.5" lift in the back, and 3.25" in the front (which was surprising since I have the diesel/winch/bumper). I was previously bottoming out on pretty mild bumps in the front due to the lack of up travel...no more though!

Ride largely feels unchanged driving around the city (haven't tried highway yet). And the measurements were spot on for all the control arm/trackbar/SBEL lengths so thanks for that COR!

Ordering tires/wheels today...

Did you use any spacers in the front? Doesn't look like you have much rake.

No spacers. 2.5" Overland plus kit with 315/70/17 KO2 with a full load of camping gear in the back and fridge in backseat in top pic. On 37" KM3s now.

Been running overland 2.5 plus for about a year and thinking maybe I want to go up to 3.5". Do I just need a new set of springs? My falcon shocks specs for a 2-3.5" of lift.

Not too difficult! A new set of springs, some end links, brake line extensions, and possibly shock extensions.

No spacers...though looking at adding a .5" spacer in the back for when loaded up with gear.
