I bought a new 2024 Gladiator in Rubicon trim this year, replaced the plastic front bumper and added a winch. This bumper/winch combination weighs appx 150 lbs, and I can feel it. I would like to replace the coil springs with those having a heavier spring rate as part of a leveling kit installation. Could the community please provide me with replacement suggestions? Manufacturers, spring rates, etc? Possibly an older thread that covered this? Thank you.

If you aren’t trying to lift it much, I’d just put some diesel front coils on it.

To back up @NC_Overland

I have a 2023 Rubicon Diesel Gladiator. It came with a plastic bumper. I switched to a MOPAR steel bumper and added a winch. The total added weight (After subtracting the weight of the plastic bumper) was 99.4lbs. I have not noticed the added weight.

This thread is relevant to my interest.

I have a sport, and just added a steel bumper/winch. Front end definitely feels heavy/too soft

I have a 2021 High Altitude with added steel bumper and winch, which now has too much rake for me. Two local shops recommended 2.5" front springs (Teraflex and RC), which seems like too much. We are not looking to lift, just level.

I just installed rancho 1.5" front springs on my sport S. They added about 2" to the front so far. I expect them to settle a bit. Leveled the truck nicely.

Clayton makes a 1/2" spring designed for diesels to prevent bottoming out. It has a higher spring rate but same length as stock. Might be a little stiffer but with 150lbs up front, I doubt you'd feel it.
