gladiator sport-s, as far as I know they can only plug into it at the dealer, don't even have satellite radio, got it as basic as I could with a hard top and a hitch, haven't seen anything to suggest it has connectivity of any sort, just the stupid 'air key' doesn't suit my steed
Your Jeep probably has a telemetry system, even if it is base. Which means it likely has a cell chip that broadcasts data about your vehicle back to mopar. Most car these days do.

if true I would pay to have that removed, don't need a big brother thanks

doesn't sound like they can control/signal back to it though so I won't look too hard for a solution, you can watch me I guess, maybe it trips them out a little when they see I'm in the middle of a lake all the time lol

I know my manual TJ could and think they carried it over to manual JK’s…. You could pull a fuse and it got rid of the clutch interlock that required you to have the clutch in. It was marketed this way so you didn’t burn up your clutch. The vehicle would actually be driven by the starter until the vehicle started. Do the manual JL/JT platform still have this feature?

ok so you're a communist then and looking forward to owning nothing and being happy

the crappy part of the plan is when it gets to the reset part and 7.5 billion of us get eliminated, but before that we need our ear tags and then the social credit system, then own nothing and be happy, and then they can get to the reset...see where you're at now? leading the way...under the illusion you're leading the way to better for humanity...nice

well I'm far less confused now, thanks for finally spitting that out

so far behind you think you're first
Holy cow. You’ve never been on a rocker in order to be off of yours. Either you’re smart and messing with people for fun, or you need professional help. When was your first stroke?

Schizophrenia is so horrible. The people who suffer from it don't really necessarily suffer, other than the worry they get from the paranoid delusions. Is our government against us? Yup. Is having a big remote key fob part of "their" plan to enslave us? LOL. People with schizophrenia absolutely KNOW they are the only people thinking straight, everyone is either dumb, or directly against them. Notice above in the comment about confusing "them" with the position, as if anyone cares where he is. Another symptom of this terrible disease. The affected knows he's the only woke person in the room, always.

Drugs help, but if any paranoia seeps through, the patient stops taking the meds because those are the tool being used against them, and they only think clearly when off them.

Jt here is way off-med.

I'm a political refugee from a communist country, and again, you completely deflected the question and didn't address it.
Cuba?

Ever note how many who really hate the new tech (and yeah, I get some of it) still went out and bought one - but then complain about it? I'm not really sure what the point of some of it is other than to get more people to agree and feel their pain and fear?

BTW - it's not paranoid if someone really IS following you!

I know about schizophrenia........... an uncle. I barely knew him as I was so young but looking back on the memories............

Yup, good guess. I've had schizophrenia in my tertiary family, it's awful. You can see the person has no connection to reality and no ability to also rationalize the connections they make. Like Jt says the chip in my hand is my enslavement, but has no idea how it functions, who can read, what is on it, nothing. But still jumps back to telling me that I sold my body to "them."

You’ve just created the most popular Internet category. You’ve combined cat pictures with Jeeps. Monetize it. Quick. Before someone beats you to it.

I think the keyless Fob is better and keeps me from misplacing my keys. I just stick it my pants, like I do my wallet, when I get dressed…and it stays there until I’m done for the day. Key never moves, never gets misplaced. And I don’t have to dig around for it when I drive the truck.

I love keyless entry/start and don’t think I could go back to a key.
We could have it both ways actually. Instead of a button have a switch similar the 56chevy. You did not need a key to operate it but it could be locked with the key. Now either a key or fob allows it to work. I much prefer a rotary style switch instead of a button anyway.

Great point. Not only do I have a PM background, I used to deploy PM software and re-engineer business processes at many companies. IE, attach cats to bungees and watch them bounce into each other.
