OK, I've searched. Can't find this. THought I saw once but it's gone now.

HOW do you disconnect the power? I've pulled the negative AND positive terminals at the main Batt. I'm still getting sparking at the body grounds on the passenger fender. I'm assuming it's from the Aux battery but everything I see is that the aux is also connected at the neg terminal on the main. What am I doing wrong?

You need to separate the two black cables you took off the top of the IBS which is on top of the main battery.
The secondary or aux battery is still connected! It grounds through the cable you took off the top of the main battery. So, take those two cables apart and make sure neither of them can touch ground (only one is the aux but since you won't know which, keep both of them off any possible ground like the engine or body)

The cable marked 2020 is the aux battery ground for 2020 model year.
In 2021 they changed and made the other cable the aux battery ground and the 2020 cable is the body ground from the batteries.
So take those two apart from each other, don't let them touch anything.

I'm really good with vehicle electrical systems and didn't know that either until reading up about it on this forum. Don't feel bad.

VERY TRUE! It's one of the most common things "I'm working on xyz electric and there's still power/sparks". They don't make it real obvious.
50 years in auto electric and I had to track things down and think back a bit - "I think I read somewhere about that other battery still being connected" when I first got my first JT.

Then the curve ball - 2021 model year they changed which of those two cables is the aux battery ground cable! Geesh, thanks a lot Jeep engineers..........
