Thanks for all the information and suggestions. I took it to a second dealership who found a loose intake hose that the first dealer (who fixed the HPFP issue) either failed to secure or knocked loose. Additionally, Jeep sent a Field Service Tech to look at and drive the vehicle. He checked out the lift, tires, calibration, etc and reviewed all of the service records. He said the 37s have nothing to do with it. He thinks it was the loose hose. I have not had the opportunity to test it yet (the issue only surfaces at elevation, and that's a couple of hours drive from here). We shall see.
