It's cheap enough that it's worth a try.
I'm on a second Active regen since my last fill up, first happened about 40 miles into the tank and now 200 miles into the tank with only city driving. I'd be willing to give Hot Shot's a try if it can reduce city driving soot!

I have enough Pri-D to treat 6000 gals.......It was given to me by someone who doesn't own a diesel anymore. They claim reduced particulate and NOx too? Wouldn't that reduce DEF usage at the same time?

Thanks! Let me know whatever you're able to provide via screenshots/export files/etc. I'm a fairly technical person so should be able to decipher them
I'd be interested in that file, if you can post a link to it.
Hey @FutureOdin and @Shoebox, I just wanted to direct you over to the thread where I got the OBD Fusion info instead of hijacking this thread for info about gauges.

I’m just commenting here because we are both named Scott and live in the Houston Area ?
And you are an engineer - if you had a diesel :surprised::fist bump:

I just drove through league city down to my brothers place in tiki island. 27.4 mpg after dieseling up before the trip. Would have been even better if there wasn’t so much damned traffic on 45

Can’t blame you for going with the diesel. I know that torque is nice to have.

As far as I-45, that road is Satan. It took me 3 hours to get home from NW Freeway area on Friday after work (usually takes 1 hour).

For any Googlers out there, I've hit my first regen with a notification at 3660 miles.

And of course it's while I'm going to work at 4am.
Guess I'll be driving around after work because I doubt my 15 minute commute was enough to clear it.

Most of the time during a regen you won't get a notification. I think the notification only pops up when you've gone a few times of not letting the regen finish before turning off the engine. So there's a chance you've had a few already.

I had my first somewhere along my drive back from the dealership picking it up (1150 miles) but didn't get a notification. Only found out it had one once I got home and plugged in my Scanguage II.

I’m at 15,500 miles on my 2021 ecodiesel and I’ve never had a regen message come up- is this normal? The majority of my driving is highway

If you are driving regular on the highway it is absolutely normal to only have passive regens (no notifications because it is occurring in the normal running cycle) and not have any active regens. I commute on the highway as well and have only experienced 1 active regen before I was back to regular highway driving.
