Which would be missing a few things.
I always want the exact year for what I own because of revisions, differences in where things are and more.
I noticed differences between my 2020 and my 2022.
One example would be the difference in where the TPMS is and how it operates, another is the bolts and washers used on the control arms, then there's the fact that 2020 didn't originally have auto dim headlights, and of course there's the Selec-Trac.
Naw, I want one specific to my truck. Even then one would likely need the revisions and addendums. Specs often change on vehicles. I can give examples of wiring harness changes and alignment spec differences of years ago - so if you didn't have the addendum, you were left scratching your head trying to find certain things.

Yep...and for that you need to subscribe. They're done with these USB sticks post 2020.

You don't need to subscribe as long as you have one current as of the time your own truck was built. They don't come back and make changes on a truck already built.
The idea is to get the docs that cover the time period your truck was made.
Only certain specs would change - such as alignment specs, for example. But the placement of, and functionality of, wiring isn't going to change once it's built.

My point is get the docs that cover the time period that your truck was built in.
All that would change later is something like torque specs or alignment specs, etc.
Someone can always update you on those simple changes - as long as the bulk of it is current......
But someone trying to diagnose a malfunctioning TPMS system for their 2022 model Gladiator can't use a 2020 document.

People Work?
I want it for engine and drive train mostly. I can figure out the slight mechanical changes here and there, and the bolt on things that make my Mojave a Mojave.

i know those old lexus manuals were $175 a piece and came as a volume.

say you wanted just the EWD book, nope, you gotta buy them all. At least thats how it was every time i called. Ive never sold one.

Im glad we've gone to online, makes assisting guests quicker and its usually easier to follow.

I have access to a mitchells catalog if anyone needs help, know that it may be delayed, just depends on how busy i am.

I just bought this a week ago, even though I have a '22 Diesel. Its the only thing that will be avail in download form or that you can personnally control. It should cover alot of things suspension wise, transmission, body, etc. Of course no diesel engine, so I would have to subscribe for a 24 hr period or whatever it is to see that type of stuff. It sucks, but what can you do? Nothing, except go to the stealer.

You must have got the last one. I just went to the site this morning and 2020 is out of stock. I plan to order a 2020 SUSB from Tech Authority as others have suggested, only $130. When I had previously Googled for a service manual I must have ended up at a third party site, they wanted $220, was deceiving because picture showed the Mopar Tech Authority SUSB, must have been a reseller.

I don't think anything newer than 2020 is EVER coming out. Go try any model of Jeep. 21 thru 23 all you can order is the Owner's Manual.

This is SaaS. Software as a Service. Recurring revenue.

Agree. We all know someone will eventually hack the USB encryption or online database and grab it all, then sell it. Nothing is totally secure.
