It's winter here now. Mine should be here in 4 weeks. I will report back.

Have it on the other half’s JL, works great. Any specific questions?
Hey thanks for the reply...
just wondering how it‘s been? Any hiccups or issues? Thinking it may be the best of both worlds in a Jeep. AWD for day to day driving and actual 4X4 for the rough stuff. I’m surprised it’s not talked about more.
thanks

We have not had any issues, works great for slippery and snowy conditions. The one time it has been off-road she just moved it to the dedicated 4H or 4L, I would not run it in 4 auto for trails.

Have it in the Mojave and wifes 2019 JL, I don't have 700 miles on Gladiator yet, but did use it in the rain once with no problem, wife's JL, she uses it all the time in rain and snow, it is awesome. I would not use it offroad and others that perhaps don't have it say it is a weak system which could fail, oh well. We get snow here not as much lately but always have snow, have steep driveway through woods, and the AWD feaature is great, most people that have 4WD, drive in 2WD until they need it, or until roads are covered, which could mean you are stuck or in a dtch on side of road. I passed on 2020 Mojaves because of the AWD, and rear locker working in high on the 2021 Mojaves......Jack

I waited an ordered my Mojave as I too wanted the Selec trac. Its a great system for our MN winters. Set it an forget it. All I've done so far is made sure it shifted in and out ok. Which it did effortlessly. Full time snow will be here soon enough and it'll get used alot.

Is there a display in the dash that shows the transfer of power to the front wheels? Some other FCA products do that when available with full time AWD.

Is there a part number for the whole transfer case? I may install one of these.

It sounds like similar to what my Chevy had - and it seems we had a Jeep before that was similar, too.
LOVED IT. Was great for winter in Iowa - instead of having to shift when you had 1/2 mile of clear pavement then another mile of snow, snow pack, or ice, then back out again for a quarter mile of dry, then in again for half a mile of ice - you left it in 4 full-time.
When going got tough, like when my trailer was snow-bound and I needed to make a winter run, since it's down-hill to my trailer and my neighbor never cleans the drive back to our shops, I had to use 4 part time then, and it was great.
I could choose 2 wheel drive, 4 for iffy roads, and 4 part time or 4 lo for really tough jobs where I wanted them locked together.
If this has that capability, maybe I bought too soon!
That's the t-case I really want.

I've got one on order as well. Curious if it uses CV's vs typically U-joints. If so what are there changes to the driving dynamics, feel, etc?

There is a display on dash, just like 2wd, 4H and 4L, if I ever get my Mojave away from wife I could take a picture!
