Gotta be something related to install. Has it been done by same dealer each time? I’m not a fan of the Jeep Fox shocks either on my Mopar lift but I have 67k on the Jeep and they still work. Kinda. It ain’t the best ride but they do the job they’re supposed to.

(Disclaimer) No idea how many miles on shocks because I bought it at a Honda dealer.
Honestly bought mine brand new both front shocks and 1-rear shock leaking blown out by the time I reached 45k it also depends on terrain traveled. I bet my bottom dollar mine has been off road more than any jeep on this entire forum.

My 2023 has 64k on it, original shocks, offroaded frequently, tows often. Shocks fine.

With all the weight from the super secret factory test mule Hellephant swap, its all that more impressive.

I recently replaced my shocks. Not a Mojave, but I was noticing in AK, that I was getting more body roll, and then when I drove it down to AZ, where we call home and are melting, the roll was driving me crazy. I got the Falcon SP 2.1 shocks. I LOVE them. I was conflicted if I should use soft or performance setting, and the person at customer support was no help, because she has hers set for cold weather. I went with the Performance setting, and the difference on the road is night and day! I would have loved to get the 3.3, but out of my budget.

If you are on a budget, get the Falcon SP 2.1. If you do more off-roading and hardcore, or want a more adjustable ride, and can swing it, get the 3.3.

My mom is 82, and before I changed the shocks, she complained about the ride, especially over bumps or dips in the road. Now she has not said anything, except how much nicer the ride is. I love the better control on the road when I am doing some switch backs, or mountain roads. Can't wait to get it out in the desert and have some fun that way. Especially with the recent upgrades

Never had any problems with mine until off roading in water below freezing temps around 45K miles and one shock started leaking. The steering stabilizer also blew a seal from this off road session. Up until then, handle great, ride great, no complaints. Had them rebuilt, no leaks, no complaints. YMMV

Hey all, new to this forum. But not new to the Jeep community having owned an 18 JLUR manual, and now the past two years a Gladiator Mojave automatic. Yeah, i was still in my old JL Forum the past two years, but the gladiator community on that site doesn't really exist.

I want to kick this off right, i loved my JL and love my Mojave. I have every intention of paying it off and keeping it.

But, and this is a but that I am curious if anyone else can chime in on.. The fox suspension is hot garbage. I bought this thing CPO in 24 with 16k miles and am now a few hundred from 37k miles. Mechanically it's been a rock star, as was my JL.. But the Mojave suspension is trash. Every two months over the past two years, the Gladiator is getting all 4 shocks warranty replaced. It's never been offroaded, always lives on back country 2-lane highway roads, on Occassion it has been on old fire trails, but a corolla would make it down them. The fox suspension seems to leak, or the seals blow completely, or they bend on rough pavement.. Even my wife's rav4 prime survives the same roads without these issues..

Has anyone else had the nightmare that is fox?

I am looking at getting either Falcoln 2.1 or Falcoln 3.3 replacements, as i just can't deal with the continuously blown fox hell that i have been living..

Anyone have them that can speak to if they were/are better?

Thanks to anyone who can feel my pain or give me some tips on an overland suspension that has more reliability or build quality.
Yeah, that sounds very frustrating! I am at 35,500 miles and just pulled the Mojave FOX off my Gladiator because it was about 800 lbs over stock and lifted 2", so I decided to get the Falcon 3.3 for adjustable dampening. However, I had the opportunity to look closely at the Fox shocks after they came off the truck- they have no leaks or seeps and the shocks are still in great shape, so my experience is very different than yours. I have had a CJ 7 and an FJ40 Landcruiser in the past and the ride on this Gladiator, with or without the Fox, is superb in comparison.

I've been driving the Gladiator daily lately, I notice my front passenger is a little squeaky now.
