I ordered a JK Fox Steering Stabilizer for my Jeep. It’s the Fox 2.0 TS design. I installed the new bolt that goes through the Trackbar and when I went to turn the wheel to the right to set the tie rod clamp the body of the SS was hitting the tie rod link. Is there something I’m over looking? Sorry I didn’t get any pictures and ended up putting the stock stabilizer back on.

If you got the JK version with the tie rod clamp, doesn't that partially relocate it out of factory postion?

Do you need a relocation bracket on the axle side?

I've got the JL/JT version with the factory style bracket that allows for rotation of the resi. Does the tie rod clamp version allow for that?
Edit: looks like it does.

The one I have attached to the drag link and has a new bolt to attach it to the trackbar mount.

Yup, using the JK installation guide (as Fox doesn't show this style for the JT) the clamp block goes on the tie-rod bar. Same basic installation as a Synergy relocation kit for the steering damper.

From ground up it's tie-rod, drag link, track bar.

It attaches to the tie rod, not the drag link. Make sure that is where you had it placed.
Correct meant to say tie rod. I ended up ordering a relocation bracket that should get me he clearance I need.

Well this morning I ordered a Steering Stabilizer relocation bracket from Clayton, which should help with my clearance issues. It will be here Wed so I’ll keep everyone updated.
