Yes, my dog (Blue Heeler) takes the rest of the backseat comfortably. Also note that factory specs are showing yours being 2" longer, and 2" wider, and 6" taller. The latter MIGHT give you fridge access issues. I though tend to take my fridge out once at camp anyway so it might be moot if you do the same.

As your fridge opens from the side, vs mine which opens on the end, you might be fine. Consider too that I'm a wee man (5'7") so my driver's seat position may be deceiving as to the space provided for you and others.
