I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland edition. Upgraded system with typical Uconnect. I've had it for about 4 months now. As of today, the front left and right audio channels have stopped working. Anybody familiar with this issue? (And please don't tell me to check the front/rear fader, I'm pretty far from being that ignorant).

You should list the troubleshooting that has already been done. Your last sentence leaves me with little desire to help.

Sorry, but I've been told to do that by everyone I've spoke to so far. I'm over 50 and know quite a bit about audio, If the fix was that simple, I would have figured it out. The rear subwoofer and overhead bar are working fine. For some reason, the dashboard tweeters and mids have stopped working. No one has been into the dashboard. I can't find anything in the Uconnect system that stands out and would cause this. And ,yes, the fader is working fine. I've read there were issues with Uconnect doing this around 2018, (something about a bad system update) but I can't find anything more recent. The only reference I can find is that it might be a bad head unit. The dealership isn't going to be open until Monday morning, so I was trying to get any additional input before bringing it in. Thanks for any input.

Try rebooting it. Disconnect the positive terminal from the battery, and disconnect all the negative straps from the firewall.

Mr Bill and Renegade, thank you both for your input. I did try rebooting it, with no luck. Since my original post, one of the tweeters had come on and off again a few times. I was perplexed. I decided to take the high road and bring it back to the dealership and have them look at it. (I have less than 2000 miles on it). I'm glad that I did. I finally got the call yesterday, after a couple of days looking into it, they discovered a plug into the stock amplifier that is in the dashboard was not seated properly and had worked it's way partially lose. Everything is plugged in properly and put back together. (At no cost, thank you my favorite dealership). Problem solved.
