First chore is to take back some extra sheet rock and insulation. If you can imagine I've got the 2x4 and 2x6 going across the bed - but I'm running 2 2x10s down the length to support the drywall (so it doesnt crack on the way to Lowes). She's loaded with @ 300lbs drywall, nary a push on the springs.
The front shot is just because she's the most bad, awesome looking material hauler I've ever seen. The only thing that broke my heart was plugging in my circular saw into the bed outlet and it didn't work. I gather there's not enough juice (I'm not smart at all about how that stuff works...inverters and what not).
Is there any way to run power tools and guitar amps out of the bed of the truck? What will that require?

to the shop to pop in the new Rubicon Express 3" lift and a sweet set of 37's. NO REGRETS ! Man, I couldn't be happier. For all of you waffling between 35 and 37... Do the 37's. the spare 37 squeaks right in. The ride is better than stock and Nitto Ridge Grapplers are quieter than stock M/T Falkens. I am thrilled. Popped in the Superchips Flashcal F5 to change the TRUE size of 36" to fix the speedo / trans. And away I go. Wheels are Black Rhino / Armory 17" I gained 5.5 inches in clearance overall. I'm ordering the Rock-Slide to help the o'l lady jump so she'll "stay off the paint"
My hat's off to Chris, Eric and the crew at Desert Rat on Bell in Phoenix AZ. Incredible service and attention to detail.
