I finally finished a mount I am happy with. These DO NOT flex! Works great with the 1UP trays. These are 1/4" steel. I will be making them in aluminum also to test.

Following. This is the solution I've been watching for.

I’m using Yakima over a retractable tonneau. Really like it. Do not have to remove the front tire on my 29er and it still fits

Just ordered a Mojave yesterday, cant wait. Is there room to work under the bed rail, could you have installed this same set up directly to the rail. I have the same setup on my Tundra, works great and I can fit in the garage, a hitch rack makes it not possible.

I'd love to know as well.
I have a RuggedRidge retractable and it would be neat if they made a bolt-on t-channel for it.

Outfitted with 650b wheels, I still have to test with 700c, but it looks like there is just enough room.

Will those mounts fit in the Trail Rail channels?

I saw in another thread he has the Truck Covers USA retractable cover. To me that is the ultimate solution. Don't get me wrong, I love my Diamondback cover but the downside is I can't open it when I have the 1-up bike trays mounted so the bed is only accessible from the tailgate. This works out just fine almost all of the time but the retractable cover would be the ultimate in versatility.

That's a nice looking setup. If I didn't already have the Mopar hard tonneau, I'd have done something like this. I ended up getting a Thule T2 Pro XT hitch rack because I couldn't come up with a solution that didn't require me to remove or replace the tonneau entirely, which I've been doing to use my tailgate pad.

Basdass, just what I'm looking for. Waiting for the aluminum results.
