There is no justice system left in America. America can not and will not survive without one. That is why these people are still on the streets. He will do very little time in jail until he kills someone. Then he will do 5 years.

The NFL puts felons like this guy up as heroes every day and you still support them. Beat the heck out of your old lady no problem if you can catch a ball and run like hell. The NFL is no different than the broken justice system. Except there felons are treated like heroes and payed millions.
You actually think he'd do time after killing?
Sorry, not around here, anyway. I know a fellow who killed and got a $400 fine - no jail time. Granted, it wasn't drug or alcohol involved, but something just as bad and deadly. He paid the tickets for crossing the center line, driving on the wrong side of the highway, and paid a fine and walked away. Took over a year for that to even happen.

Update: Dirtbag was charged with his 5th OWI, Hit and Run Causing Injury x2, OWI Causing injury x2, Possession of THC, Resisting/Obstructing, and Operating MV while revoked. Warrants for Manufacturing and delivery of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver and failure to pay child support of course! Hope they lock him up for a while this time before someone dies from this asshole!
Looks like they are throwing the whole book at him. Lol Too bad they cant add a charge for stupidity in a motor vehicle and being dumb enough to try to out run a Police K9. Ive worked with a Police trained dog before. Just know that the idiot running made the dogs day! Kinda like the dog in Dr Doolittle...... “throw the ball throw the ball throw the ball... HE THREW THE BALL!!’’ That dog was thinking “run run run run... YES HE RAN! MY TURN!!”

K9s and other service dogs are the best! Mine are just lazy lumps, though I suppose that’s their job.

My Maximus3 didn’t even budge! Not hardly a scratch!! If I would have hit him square he might not have faired so well!
Glad to hear that our parts did well, probably thanks to our hoop reinforcement brackets. If you end up needing anything please reach out.

Just read this - wow I am glad you are ok and I am sure the damage can be fixed. But, I feel the pain of going thru this with a new vehicle. Good luck with everything! I wonder what the requirement is from the insurance companies to just get you a new vehicle?

In Wisconsin it is 70% of value.....thats a big number and I don't see me hitting it unless they find a frame issue when they start to take it apart....

Last I heard we were around $15k but they haven't even put it on a hoist for anything so that could go up drastically. Thankfully none of my aftermarket stuff was damaged and my Maximus# Stinger help up crazy good!!

I hate to make a joke. But it appears you're not hurt, so I guess its ok.
I was looking at the pics and literally my response was "OH SNAP!" and then realized what I had just said while looking at the axle pic and laughed out loud.

Great to hear everyone is ok, it's incredible that with so many options(taxi, uber, lyft, etc..) to get from one place to another people still drive while intoxicated. After reading the list of charges I can see what kind of person the driver is. On a side note I love it when K9 gets to play, good thing he was caught.
